Q: Are your prices competitive?
A: When comparing apples to apples we believe our prices are very competitive. We always put out the highest quality for the same price as our competitors. We never sacrifice quality for price.
Q: How do you accept artworks, images, text used to create a design?
A: We accept DVDs, Pen Drives, and CDs. We prefer our clients to send their details, images through our website upload or by e-mail. Incase your file size is too large or you feel they are very confidential and you do not wish to send from a third party server, you can send a request to us. We are there to protect your privacy. We can create your company name folder in our server and provide ftp details so that you can directly load your file to our server.
Q: Do you ship to our location?
A: We can ship to anywhere in the world using Couriers, UPS, FedEX, Etc.
for a nominal fee.
Q: How long will this last in the weather?
A: Our standard Vinyl Banners lasts about 3-5 years, but we've seen longer. You can buy heavy duty banner material or High performance vinyl to extend the life of you banner. All our Vinyl banners are weatherproof (rain, wind, snow, etc). Inkjet prints can last a good deal if they are indoors, and kept away from Sunlight (due to fading). We laminate or use different methods to make them last longer. Ability to withstand weather conditions and its longevity depends on the actual product. Feel free to contact us if you have any more specific questions.
Q: How should I give you my artwork?
A: It all depends on what kind of product we are producing, for a 1 color vinyl sign/banner the best format is Illustrator. In most cases, we prefer you to give us in Illustrator format even if it is for an inkjet or Gerber Edge print. Other formats like .Cdr, TIF or .PSD are also accepted.
Q: What exactly is Computer Cut Vinyl?
A: Its just like it says, basically it is a big sticker cut out of adhesive vinyl to a shape (like a letter or a basketball etc.). And we transfer those over to Vinyl banners/Signs/Vehicles/Etc.
Q: What's the largest file size I can email you?
A: In Gmail & other mails you can send a maximum of 25mb file. A file larger than 25mb can be sent from yousendit.com or other files sending website. Incase your files are confidential and you do not wish to send from a third party server you can send a request to us. We can create your company name folder in our server and provide ftp details so that you can directly load your file to our server.
Q: Why shouldn't I use my web site images for signs?
A: Web images look great if there are high res. images and very large in size, but most
are below 50k. 50 kilobytes are drastically small considering 3 sq. ft. So they should
be 24 megabytes. Also there are bitmaps, which means 4 color process prints.
Basically web images are normally not a safe source for art.
